Colorado Springs and Young Workers

The Gazette ran an interesting story this morning on why it is so hard for the city to attract and keep young workers. I tend to agree with the story. I've only been here 10 months, so I am not sure if this has long been the case. Will Colorado Springs always be considered, as Jon Severson says in the article, a "secondary market?"
