A few Christmas-related notes as we conclude the year:

-- Bishop Sheridan will celebrate Midnight Mass at St. Mary Cathedral.

-- Diocese of Colorado Springs seminarian Jim Baron has been selected to be a lector for the pope's Midnight Mass at St. Peter Basilica. If watching this Mass isn't part of your Christmas Eve tradition, perhaps include it this year and offer your prayers for Jim and all the seminarians of our diocese.

-- Members of St. Mary's High School's Spanish Honor Society will be "tracking Santa" Christmas Eve at NORAD. We hope to have a picture or two from that fun event.
