"Ten Commandments of Driving"

Well, the secular media is jumping all over this as a trendy story. The Vatican has released a "Ten Commandments" for drivers, aimed at stemming road rage incidents and improving overall road safety. The latest Herald poll asks if any of those 10 would be a challenge to you.

I can't argue with any of them, and it made me think of something that should be mandatory: Everyone should have to take a driver's test every five years in order to retain their license.
