National Pancake Day

I know this post is a little late getting out, but today is national pancake day. Go out and get yourself some free pancakes to honor that greatest of breakfast foods (but it's not just for breakfast). IHOP is asking for donations to the Children's Miracle Network during the promotion.

That's with the caveat that I'm not sure where the Children's Miracle Network stands on embryonic stem-cell research.
